Blossom Kimono

If you’re looking for a breezy cover up for the warmer months, then our blossom kimono sewing pattern is for you.

Light and flowy, perfect for play or to dress up.  Using picot bias tape, lace, rickrack, tassels or even a pompom fringe as edging will take your kimono to the next level.

This kimono sewing pattern will work best with lightweight woven fabrics. Think cotton lawn as we have used, or silks, voile, lace, gauze or double gauze.

The larger sizes have lots of ease and freedom to move. The two smallest sizes are more tailored, otherwise you’d loose bubs in all the fabric! Essie has a 56cm chest and wears a size 2-3T which gives her some room to grow.
